Laura Gabriele, LCSW
Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Mother, Military Spouse.
As a compassionate and resourceful Licensed Clinical Social Worker, I hold active licenses in both Virginia and California. With years of experience providing therapy to diverse populations, I specialize in treating dynamic mental health conditions with a strong emphasis on clinical expertise, sound judgment, and problem-solving. I am well-versed in managing emergent cases with efficiency, empathy, and grace.
I earned my Master of Arts in Social Work from New Mexico Highlands University and my Bachelor of Arts in Psychology from The College of Saint Rose, with a minor in Religious Studies. In addition to my academic background, I hold several certifications, including Certified Child and Adolescent Anxiety Treatment Professional, and have advanced training in Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), Cognitive Processing Therapy (CPT), and Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT).
As a military spouse for over 22 years, a mother of two girls, and a dedicated fur baby mom to five rescue dogs, I understand the importance of resilience, family, and connection. In my free time, I enjoy outdoor activities like kayaking and hiking, while also appreciating moments of relaxation with a good book or movie. My family and faith are central to my life, and they deeply influence my approach to therapy and personal well-being.
