LMG Clinical Services is owned by Laura Gabriele, a female counselor based in Virginia providing adult clients with therapy to treat depression, anxiety or trauma.
About LMG Clinical Services
We listen, act, and transform. Are you someone who is struggling with feeling stuck, overwhelmed or unfulfilled? Maybe you feel lost at times or just feel that you need the right tools to get you moving in the right direction again. Therapy is a great place to explore all those things and find ways to overcome and move forward. Often times feelings of depression, anxiety and self-doubt can be brought on by stress and life transitions leading to a sense of unfulfillment. My passion is to guide others on their own path to healing so they can live up to their true potential.
In sessions I strive to provide a supportive, safe, non-biased environment to explore who you are and where you want to be in life. Whoever you are, wherever you have come from, you belong. Together we will partner and explore ways to better cope with life experiences and stressors so you feel empowered to move towards a path of healing and fulfillment.
My ultimate goal is to allow each client to feel heard, respected and empowered by giving them the tools necessary to make positive changes. I believe in the strength of community and relationships. Leveraging these things, I believe people can be the best versions of themselves.
